Kickstarter one wins. Burst out laughing in the tea room. =)
Really? I think I’m missing something with that one…
They’re emphasizing the absurd amount of money some developers ask for when presenting their work.
For example, a 2D platformer would not cost three million to produce (you could do it in a few hours using BYOND or Game Maker). Not to mention if they reach their ten million goal, the game comes with a soundtrack.
As an amatuer developer of nothing in particular. I found it funny.
Taking into consideration a lot of games that have gone into development lately on Kickstarter and their asking prices, considering all that, it gets a giggle from me now legitimately 🙂 especially ‘gnarly and tubular’ lol.
Thanks, glad you liked it!
The Hyper Beam one had me laughing a stupid amount. Even now I’m still giggling at the thought of it.
Having only just recently built the campsite in Animal Crossing New Leaf, Awkward Zombie has completely channelled my attitude towards my villagers. Somehow, despite the fact everyone is friendly all the time, I have a deep-seated dislike of some of them.
Starscream one was gold. Also Mr Mine is freaky in X and Y
