   Given that it was on the PS3, I’m guessing this involved a mod. Come to think of it, can you even fly that plane without one?

      there is a mission you can start up that has it sitting at trevors airport up in sandy shores.. you can only fly it in a mission you or someone makes other then that no you cant fly it any other way.. so no no mods in this case..
