Modder Steven Luo is working hard to convert StarCraft II into a new Warcraft game with the help of SCII’s map editor.
In the latest version of his “Warcraft: Alliance and Horde” mod — which can be found on StarCraft II‘s arcade page — he added quite a lot of things: the Burning Legion and the Undead Scourge as factions, 30 heroes, more than 50 units, and some familiar landmarks such as Icecrown Citadel or the Crossroads.

This makes me nostalgic…
I hate World of Warcraft so much, just because it meant there was no Warcraft 4.
I didn’t like Warcraft 3 either, being forced to play both sides is always stupid, you can’t invest in your characters that way.
I always liked warcraft way more than starcraft, the humour was way better as were the characters.
Please make Warcraft 4, I need a good RTS game again while waiting for the Syndicate reboot.
My biggest problem with Warcraft 3 was the complete lack of sea battles (not to mention air). In that sense it almost seemed like a regression.
I agree with you on Warcraft 4, also.
holy shit i know what I’m playing tonight!
