PornHub released a bunch of graphs yesterday breaking down what platforms people are viewing their service on. Among other curiosities (there are humans in 2014 watching porn on Windows NT and Blackberry phones), the company showed what gaming systems are most commonly, um, used.
The leading two stats seem weird. I’m going to assume they actually combined PS3/PS4 and Xbox 360/XB1, since the PS4 isn’t there at all, and only “Xbox” is mentioned. But whatever, they’re not the most interesting ones.
No, that comes later. Sorry.
Look at the Vita! And 3DS! There are people out there, multiple people, using their Nintendo 3DS console to access the internet and watch porn.
That’s either a very unique situation or some dogged perseverance. Actually, it’s gotta be both.

I’m sure this post will reflect poorly on me, but this article does now have me wondering if there’s targeted content for the 3DS, or at least for 3D displays in general. Surely porn producers will be amongst the earliest adopters of the Oculus Rift.

There has been 3D capable pornographic images available for the 3DS, since only a few months after it’s release. There were even websites dedicated to hosting these particular images, as they weren’t just .jpgs you could download. Being in 3D meant they needed to be in a special format.

Ever heard of User Agent Spoofing (pardon the pun)? It could just be an ordinary browser with the UA Spoofed to make it look like one of those devices. There’s browser plugins that do this randomly.
