Obviously pauly didn’t play zero mission, where samus crawled in the zero suit for stealth reasons, because the the gba had more power in the graphics department to show crawling.
It wouldn’t have taken any extra graphical power to add some crawling animations to the SNES game. The morph ball mechanic was obviously done for a reason.
I am just going to assume that the guy was trolling. Like the “Why does Zelda always save the princess?” or something like that

well, that itself comes down to a technicality. depends which metroid form we are discussing here!

Lol, obviously the description of the varia suit trophy was done by the same person who did the komaytos trophy in kid icarus uprising, which spawned the viridi berserk rant in the same game, plus this was examined by a good friend of ours: the gametheorists episode about the morphball
