Anyone get/have an explanation for the famous numbers thing?
It’s an early 80’s song “Jenny/867 5309” by Tommy Tutone
Hah! That’s the only number I didn’t need an explanation for.
Feeling old 🙁
What about the other two?
24601 is the prisoner number from Les Miserables
018-0516 is a Smash Bros error
I’m assuming the joke is the Smash Bros error is as famous now…
Not famous enough 😛
Found it in Borderlands: TPS yesterday too. It’s still around.
sublime covered that song i think
I miss brawl in the family lol.
Damn you, Corpse Run!
Man, those expressions Dedede makes in Awkward Zombie are gold. I think it’s been done in a earlier strip, and the author mentions she likes drawing Dedede with funny faces.
Mmhm!

Yeah. If you click on them though, they load proper.

No disagreement here.

@serrells
It always feels like around this time each year, the image preview code breaks for a few months. I’ve never been able to figure out if it’s because of when my browser updates, or if it’s a yearly maintenance of the Kotaku site.
