Thanks to its smooth design, modding the PAL version of the Super Nintendo seems like a fun thing to do. There’s a lot of room for redecoration. Belgian artist Vadu Amka transformed one of these into a Castlevania-themed crypt of Dracula.
It took him 80 hours to complete and it’s full of brilliant little details like the skeleton with the nails in its hands:

So cool but unfortunately it’s PAL.
What’s wrong with PAL? Australia is PAL.
Do a youtube search for videos comparing SNES and N64 ‘PAL vs NTSC’. Most PAL games run 17-22% slower than the USA and Japanese models.
It makes me want to restart my Nintendo library with NTSC format only.
