Gustavo Mendonca is an artist who has recently worked on stuff like Halo 5. We saw his (sadly) abandoned work on Star Wars 1313 back in 2013, but today we’ll be looking at his whole portfolio, including some newer Star Wars stuff (though it’s for other material, not 1313).
You can see more of Gustavo’s art at his personal site.
Fine Art is a celebration of the work of video game artists, showcasing the best of both their professional and personal portfolios.

Uh, anyone else see that pig?
Mos Eisley is a wretched hive of scum and villainy.
Yeah, it was… a little incongruous.
Is it or does that ship just look too out of place with the Tie Fighters
That ship reminds me of some of the ships from the Zann Consortium from Empire At War: Forces of Corruption. They were originally Imperial Designs I believe, but then the Consortium stole the blueprints and started manufacturing them their-selves. With the Disney re-write of the EU, who knows – the Empire could very well still be in control of those ships.
Alot of this stuff seems very FoC-esque.
To me that looks like some kind of Dreadnaught varient. Mostly in the engine area at the stern. Otherwise fits fine with the TIE’s.
Nothing from that looks like it should exist in the Star Wars universe.
