Nope, it’s another one of those fake Unreal Engine 4 apartments. Those fake, gorgeous Unreal Engine 4 apartments.

The demo, called Scandinavian, was posted to the Unreal Engine forums by blessod, an architectural visualisation veteran of seven years. It shows a small and simple, but spacious and well-lit apartment equipped with, judging by the name, anything and everything Ikea. Also, it can switch between two wall colours:

Scandinavian is blessod’s first Unreal Engine 4 demo, a so-called “learning project,” but it doesn’t really show. Here are some screenshots I took in the demo (using the red wall colour setting, which I thought was prettier):
