ThreeA — a company renowned for making some of the best damn toys on the planet — has come out with a line of Star Wars figures, designed by famed comic, toy (and Metal Gear) artist Ashley Wood.
Taking ThreeA’s regular thing of making everything dirty and urban, these Stormtroopers look more like post-apocalyptic backpacking samurai. I’m not sold on the cargo pants, because I am never sold on cargo pants regardless of the situation, but everything else looks great.
Don’t bother asking if you can buy them, you can’t. They sold out in about half a second. But in the absence of owning something, there’s always “looking at pictures of them on the internet”.
