Just a quick heads up that Microsoft is running a sale on pretty much everything it sells right now. If you’ve been waiting for the right time to pick up an Xbox One, now might be the time.
For Xbox One related stuff, the discounts are mostly on the bundles and the games themselves. Microsoft have chopped $50 off most of its bundles plus you get 3 months Netflix free. Which is great.
Almost all of Microsoft’s big exclusives like Sunset Overdrive, Halo: Master Chief Collection and Forza Horizon 2 are taking 50% off RRP as well. You can find those deals here

Is Project Cars and Halo MCC fixed on the Xbox yet?
Halo MCC is fine in single player (and not too bad in split screen co-op). Multiplayer is better than it was when it came out, put it that way…
Project Cars I haven’t played, but I’ve heard that it’s still got some major issues at the moment. Forza 5 and Forza Horizon 2 are both really good if you’re looking for a sim-like racer while you wait for the bugs to be ironed out of PCars.
So the multiplayer still isn’t good in MCC?
*sigh*
Who plays Halo for the multiplayer? Single-player is the only thing worth playing anyway! 😀
Yeah, I’ve talked about it in my Halo reviews. Have you heard about them? Maybe you would like to see it and hear my opinions. Don’t forget to like, comment and subscribe.
Then again, you only play Halo Reach
CARS is broken as all hell. I’m not even playing it until it gets patched, it’s a fucking disaster.
Handling isn’t just broken, the controller inputs themselves are broken to the point that the game gets confused and full locks the car in the opposite direction during races on the default setting. It’s THAT broken!
Multiplayer is fine now. It just takes forever to find matches because no one is playing anymore. But technically, it works perfectly fine. Too little too late though. 343 screwed the pooch big time.
EB have the better deal

Mark did say exclude the Xbox one. The games are not bad. Might pick up spark and scream ride.
EDIT:
Major eyesight problem and saw Including as Excluding. Please ignore me.
He said include.
I have major eyesight problem. For some reason I saw Including as Excluding. Please don’t mine me and go on.
I guarantee you most of those items can be found cheaper in a store – Xbox 360 for $250 – don’t be a mug! Plus 50% off is dishonest when they’re discounting from $100 whereas retail is charging $69.
To be fair they do normally charge $100 (or more) for most titles.
They aren’t being misleading right now, but they’re a massive rip-off the rest of the time. I think that’s probably worse.
Is it just me, or is that front page ad incredibly misleading? “Save up to $239 on Xbox One bundles”, then you click on it and they’re all “Save AU$50”. Which is technically “up to $239”, I suppose…
Sure, if you dig into it you can see that that particular value comes from the $50 off + 2 games valued at $189 bundle, but that’s saving as part of the bundle, not on the bundle itself. VERY misleading.
Yeh i was thinking that. Maybe its a combined total across its xbox packages which is completely stupid and unhelpful. I notice that they seem to be just selling the games at normal us prices sooo is that considered on sale?
So, guys. My birthday is coming up…
This is direct from MS. Yet more underwhelming Click Frenzy ‘deals’.
Just bought a standard Xbone controller as well as one of the military ones for $3 more. Pretty good at $68ish each. Cheaper than I’ve been able to find in store.
