365 Days Of Pixel Art

365 days ago, Australian game developer Ben Porter set himself a challenge. He was going to draw one piece of pixel art a day for an entire year. Yesterday, he completed his task. Here are a few of my own personal favourites.

Not all of his work was video game related. Some was tangentially related and some were flat-out tributes to classic games. All of it was pretty damn cool.

Ben is currently working on a procedurally generated adventure game called Moonman, which you can check out here. Ben told us he’s going to keep dropping new pixel art pieces on his twitter, but not every day! He’s focusing on finishing up his game.

You can follow Ben and his work on Twitter.
