Dayshot: Pretty nice alternates for Pokémon cards that normally had boring plain backgrounds. Artist Lunambra extended the tiny pics on the original cards with some custom paintings.
Gotta love the ones with combined backgrounds.

The guy has got a tone of talent.
That’s an impressive artist but I hate the treatment he gives to the text parts, it totally clashes with the beautiful background. Leaving a nice box around the text areas would have looked much better.
Magic (The Gathering) fans have been doing this for ages as well.
