This is Magearna. Outfitted with a metallic body, this artificial Pocket Monster was created by humans 500 years ago.
The character is set to debut in the upcoming Pokémon film, Volcanion and the Ingenious Magearna, which is due out this year. Via Pokémon.com:
In this latest cinematic adventure, Ash meets the Mythical Pokémon Volcanion when it crashes down from the sky, creating a cloud of dust — and a mysterious force binds the two of them together! Volcanion despises humans and tries to get away, but it’s forced to drag Ash along as it continues its rescue mission. They arrive in a city of cogs and gears, where a corrupt minister has stolen the ultimate invention: the Artificial Pokémon Magearna, created 500 years ago. He plans to use its mysterious power to take control of this mechanical kingdom!
Volcanion and the Ingenious Magearna opens in Japan this winter and will, of course, also feature Volcanion.

Guessing its a Steel/Fairy type by the look of it
Agree’d.
Hoping it gets released in Australia soon. Although I’m more looking forward to Volcanion, whenever we get him…
This looks like someone stuck Diancie in the daycare with Klinklang…
Was this another one of the Pokémon like Volcanion? Found by the dataminers but now just getting announced?
Nope. There is a very minuscule chance that this was an undiscovered Mon from X and Y. So unless its data is added to the games via an update, this is the first 7th gen Pokemon to be shown (similar to how bonsly, munchlax and lucario were revealed prior to diamond and pearl)
99% of people already have Volcanion and all the rest from cloning via the scanning trick on the old 3DS. Anyone can get any Pokemon very easily now. These legendary releases have lost their meaning, since even unreleased Pokemon can be scanned by anyone.
Gotta admit, I did it for all the new ones. They just take too long to bring them outside Japan. Got Floette Eternal, Hoopa, Volcanion etc.
I’m really not a fan of these new legendaries being handed to us. Is it too much to ask to have it as dlc which involves a side mission that leads to it having to be caught?
