Palmer Luckey Braves Alaskan Cold To Deliver First Oculus Rift

Oculus founder Palmer Luckey travelled to Anchorage, Alaska today to personally deliver a signed package the first preorder customer and freeze his arse off. Watch his warm breath crystallise in the frigid air in the video below.

Anchorage’s Ross Martin was the first person to preorder the consumer Rift, so while everyone else has to wait until the very least Monday to get theirs, Martin will be wrapping himself in a warm blanket of polygons all weekend long.

Check out more pics and vids of the crazy pair over at Luckey’s Facebook page.

Today’s high in Anchorage was 5°C.
