Dayshot: Run-of-the-mill room porn is one thing, but it takes something like Unreal Engine 4 to elevate it to a whole new level. This apartment might not exist, but I still really really wanna live there. Or at least go there and stare at things. Maybe take an apple. Unreal Engine 4 apples are nice.
The creator, alien2010 from the UE forums, calls this an “Experimental architectural project”. It shows a “recreation room” along with the attached greenhouse. Yeah, there’s a greenhouse.

In all honesty the decor of that place is hideous. Definitely a game designer and not an interior architect.
