Final Fantasy X, a video game about ghosts playing soccer, showed up on Steam this week alongside its peppy sequel, FFX-2. Seems like they will be coming to PC soon.
The Steam listing says this HD remaster — previously released on PS3, PS4 and Vita — will be out for PC on May 13, but Steam’s gotten dates of Final Fantasy games wrong before. Like the other PC versions of Final Fantasy games, this one will come with cheat codes, according to Steam: “Auto-save and 5 game boosters including high speed and no encounter modes.”
Hope they patch those boosters into the other versions, too.

Was wondering if FFX/FFX-2 was going to come out on steam, was my favourite PS2 game by far.
Looking forward to playing the HD version (rather than standard through PCSX2).
I am however a tight arse, so will wait for a steam sale to buy it.
Forgetting to mention a big feature. Japanese audio.
“a video game about ghosts playing soccer”
LOL true true
Still missing FF12 (and I guess 1 and 2 but fewer people care about those). Make it happen SE! And Tactics while you’re at it would be nice too.
