P.T. spiritual successor Allison Road has been canceled, according to a post on the game’s official Twitter account. The fan project ended its Kickstarter campaign early last September to partner with Worms developer Team 17. A statement regarding the cancellation is expected in the next few days.

Let’s just call it “The PT Curse”. Now, if only we could get someone involved to join the Trump campaign.
I wonder what the reason is. The potential hazard of any project signing up with a publisher is that the life and death of that project is now out of your hands.
FIrst P.T and now this? If this is due to legal action from Konami that’s going to be a real kick in the teeth. C’mon Visage, don’t let me down now…
They really followed through on that PT homage.
Honestly, it was doomed from the start.
PT caught people’s imaginations because it was an original idea, executed brilliantly by a group of well respected movie makers and game designers.
This was simply an attempt to “be like that other cool thing we saw”. Without any real talent or vision to back it up it was always going to fail under the weight of its aspirations.
Saw this last night, hoped it was as real as Jack Black’s death. Unfortunately, wasn’t the case.
(Jack Black is fine, just victim of a hoax)
Every time an article like this pops up, I regret deleting it from my PS4 before long before the download was removed from the servers.
