This is Troy Schram, dressed as Kratos as he appears in the upcoming PS4 edition of the series. And yes, the beard is real.

Almost everything you’re seeing here was made by hand, including the weaved leather shoulder pads, which Troy tells me was “a massive, time-consuming pain in the arse”.
