There are some pretty cool games in December’s Xbox Games with Gold. Paying subscribers to Xbox Live can grab four games for “free”; the two games for the Xbox 360 are backward compatible, so you can play them on your Xbox One as well. Remember, these are only free if you have an Xbox Live Gold subscription.
This month’s Games with Gold are:
Xbox One
- Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition (December 1-31)
- Outlast (December 16-January 15)
Xbox 360 (both are compatible with Xbox One)
- Outland (December 1-15)
- Burnout Paradise (December 16-31)

I still can’t get past how the Outlast guy looks alarmingly like Tony Abbott.
Now that you’ve said it, I can’t un-see it!
The other day my xbone randomly asked for my password when I turned it on. Then it said I didn’t have any credit card data stored when I went to DL blood dragon, even though soul suspect worked fine.
Then it opened edge when I tried to add my card details back, and I abandoned the whole affair.
But this looks like a good month to soldier on.
That’s a great month!
I already own three out of the four games… and don’t have interest in the 4th…..but I can’t really complain about them tyring to give me three games I already wanted, can I?
Sure I can! It’s the internet!
Awesome line-up. Bummed that I already own both Xbone games but good for those who don’t.
This with a pretty good Black Friday sale on the store will have me downloading for a while.
Finally some decent games! Nice.
Wow great games. Pity I have played both the Xbone games. Burnout doesnt really interest me. Not sure about Outland. On the bright side I can concentrate on the pile of shame and play Blood Dragon from last month maybe.
“Take me down to a paradise city where the grass is green and the girls are pretty….” I can already smell the burning rubber!
