There aren’t too many games with a rating as high as Stardew Valley’s. So if the Nintendo Switch gets anything ported across from the PC, it might as well be the successful fan-made love letter to Harvest Moon.
Eric Barone, the sole developer behind the indie farming classic which has been one of the biggest hits this year, announced that he’d abandoned the Wii U port of Stardew Valley to focus on developing a version for the Switch instead.
“Looking at Wii U and the current gaming landscape, we made the difficult choice to shift our development efforts to creating a version for Nintendo Switch,” Barone wrote. He stressed that he’s still committed to getting Stardew Valley on Nintendo something, and the Switch makes the most sense at this point.
As for consoles, Stardew Valley is finally coming to those next month. It’ll be available globally on the Xbox One from December 14, while PS4 users in the US and Europe (the latter typically includes us) can get the game from December 13 and 14 respectively.

I’d buy it again if it came out on 3DS.
that would increase the games comfy level by 10
