Like pinball and booze? You’re going to love Sydney’s Belvoir St Theatre this month.
The entire Downstairs Theatre has been converted into a retro style Pinball Parlour and bar, where for $10 you can play all night. In addition to the pinball machines, you’ll be able to play classic consoles as well as table-shop machines loaded with the likes of Space Invaders, Pac-Man and Donkey Kong.
If that wasn’t enough, all of the cover charge proceeds will go to Belvoir’s Arts Access Program which provides free theatre tickets to students from low socioeconomic backgrounds.
Retro gaming fans will also be excited to hear that some rare machines will be making an appearance. You’ll be able to have a crack at Black Knight 2000 and The Machine: Bride of Pin-Bot.
The latter allegedly being a super sexy pinball machine that actually had a modesty setting back in the day. Will Belvoir be enabling it? I guess you’ll have to go along to find out.
The Pop Up Bar will be running from December 2 to December 24. You can find further details here.

Ooh. I miss Insert Coins.
this is the problem 99% of pinballs are in the hands of collectors, and no one else can get to play them.
