Look at how much postage would be if I wanted this shipped to Australia.
I’m not going to link this auction, but I thought the sales pitch was funny:
Up for sell is a Bottle of water from the nintendo switch event in nyc.
This item is unused and in mint condition.
The water was bottled at a natural spring.
It’s clear.
It makes for a great shelf item for any hardcore nintendo fan.
Feel free to make offers and ask questions.
There’s no refunds.
Note that these tiny little bottles of water were handed out for free to anyone in attendance at the NYC Switch event.

Postage from the US always gets me.
Damn, how thirsty would you have to be to pay US$100 (plus shipping!) for a bottle of water?
Wasn’t some company/group selling bottled air from Australia to overseas or something?
it was bottled air to China.. Which if you’ve ever Beijing’s smog.. is totally understandable.

I must have been lucky; I was there a few months after the Olympics and the air was OK.
If that is about the Blue Mountains air then that story has been taken out of context. The bottled air is a kind of light hearted souvenir you’re not meant to buy it to actually use it.
The thing is.. someone will buy it.
