GTA Online has a giant community with thousands of crews who work together in-game. One crew, Hillbilly Agenda, has a leader who will personally visit anyone in his group IRL, provided they have been in the crew long enough.

Hillbilly Agenda is a crew of about 30 players, many who live in Tennessee. The crew is focused on finding fun members to help them trek across Los Santos. The crew isn’t particularly big or old, but it is unique in how close its members are to one another. The whole group is more like a family than a gaming clan.
As originally covered by crowdfunded documentary series NoClip, the founder of the GTA group, KnoxNerd, travels across the globe to give people a gift commemorating crew membership. He gives them a fake vanity plate, modelled off the same plates available in GTA Online. Nothing will stop KnoxNerd from meeting his crew members: He has been known to fly his own personal plane to see his in-game crew. KnoxNerd, real name Warren Scott, told Kotaku that he has delivered 34 plates to date, 13 of which were out of his home state of Tennessee.
If this seems intense, well, that’s how the Hillbilly Agenda rolls, as you can see in the full documentary above. Once a year, the gang will get together in a mansion for a big party. The players even bring family members down for the ride. One time, KnoxNerd recounts, he drove for hours to visit a crew member who needed internet help, all so that buddy could keep playing GTA Online.
Also notable: KnoxNerd keeps such meticulous stats for his crew, that they eclipse the information that Rockstar itself gathers for players. KnoxNerd tells Kotaku that he tracks these numbers to keep his crew motivated to play better. “Also, I’m a nerd,” Scott added.
