Hitman 2, Red Dead 2, Far Cry New Dawn, and Spyro all for cheap. Welcome to the Big Dubb sale.
It hasn’t been a great week for Big W. Woolworths, Big W’s parent company, announced it would be shutting 30 stores over the next three years as well as two distribution centres. That’s a whole lot of pain for people on the ground, not to mention what the impact for those in Queensland and South Australia might be once the distribution centres are closed.
In the interim, at least, Big W are still remaining competitive in gaming. The retailer has had a string of great sales over the last few years, and from today they’re pushing out a string of pretty solid titles for $40 or less.
Part of the deal includes Battlefield 5, the Spyro trilogy, Far Cry New Dawn and Far Cry 5. The pick of the bunch though, is Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey, which you can grab for a measly $29.
Here’s what you can grab online and in-store:
- Assassin’s Creed Odyssey: $29
- Spyro Reignited Trilogy: $39
- Battlefield 5: $29
- Battlefield 1 (XBO): $10
- Hitman 2: $39
- Just Cause 4: $39
- Far Cry New Dawn: $39
- Far Cry 5: $39
- Far Cry 3 Classic Edition: $25
- The Crew 2: $39
- Dishonored 2: $15
- Red Dead Redemption 2: $59
- South Park Fractured But Whole (Switch): $25
- Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle: $35
- Shadow of the Tomb Raider: $29
- Kingdom Hearts 3: $59
- Middle-earth: Shadow of War: $15
- Star Wars Battlefront 2: $5
- Forza Horizon 4: $59
- Forza Horizon 3: $39
- Burnout Paradise Remastered: $19
Some solid deals in there. $5 for Battlefront 2 is actually not a bad Easter gift for a Dad or relative who wants something to shoot over the holidays. Similarly, Hitman 2 is well worth that price and the two Shadows – Shadow of War and Shadow of the Tomb Raider – are really well priced. Burnout Paradise is still great fun, too.
