I could understand that this game was well into being developed when spider-man web of shadows came out, but activision, since the manufactured the game, should have an oversight to make sure simularities dont happen.

AND guys just cause its smaller doesnt mean it doesnt have a hardisk, 2.5s are getting alot faster and would be a logical choice to reduce size and power consumption.
