I'm not sure why everyone hates the Turok demo so much. I found it enjoyable. Fairly basic shooter but I think it does more right than wrong.

I still don't have a PSP, but I've got my fingers crossed for PSP emulation on PS3, now that we've got the ability to download the games on the PSN.

I liked the Turok demo, I don't see what everyone was hating on. The AI seemed interesting. I had fun getting the dinos to chomp the bud guys. The controls were solid enough as well.

I would complain about the framerate hiccup, but it wasn't too bad. Also the checkpoints were not good, way too far apart for a console game. But I think the core gameplay was fun.

If you are gonna call a demo "fucking shitty" at least say why it is.

@gunstarhero: Interesting ain't it? Well that article relating to SCEI jobs for software engineering for emualation could speculate PSP playback on PS3 which would be awesome! Even a reverse Remote Play with the PSP playback on PS3 would be an awesome addition! It would kinda make up for the lost PS2 playback on the system and it would be a lovely addition to the PS3's features.

I kinda liked FIFA Street, I play Winning Eleven on PS3 and I am not a fan of FIFA but I enjoyed FIFA Street because of that five-a-side feel to it. However, I am not a fan of the character design on the game, the bodies on the game look unrealistic and most of the players have the same body lol.

I downloaded the Motorstorm tracks as I have the U.S Version of the game despite living in the UK but value for money for two tracks! I want Evolution Studios to release a patch for worldwide servers just like Resistance eventually did.

Will be picking up PixelJunk Monsters next week! After that, I need my PSN fix of Super Street Fighter II HD Remix and Echochrome!

My biggest grip is that most of the time was really hard to see what were I was going.

It was too damn dark in the cave, which is understandable as it is a cave and all, but listening to the constant banter of the A.I.; I heard him comment "its dark in here" or some shit like that just as we were walking by some flashlights on the fucking ground.
Come on. Pick the fucking god damn thing up dipshit. With the super easy selection system; the flashlight seems only natural.

They it dawned on me. Maybe They don't want me to see the level because it looks like shit and they're trina break me in to it all slow like.

Fought the dinos(meh); got outside and remembered "oh yeah, it said Unreal engine, didn't it.".

Now I'm not hating on the unreal engine. There are some games it works for. This isn't one of those games.

They needed to develop from the ground up for a game like this. The game just doesn't fit the engine. Better visuals are required.

I not Saying this game was unplayable, but I wouldn't buy it unless it was like $30.

After playing the Turok demo, I can say that I like the game. Not as much as I had thought I would though. The knife kills aren't as cool to pull off as in the video and a bit dodgy as well.

I like the controls, they are easy and intuitive on the other hand. Especially the weapon selection is well done and how you can dual wield easily with it.

The bow is just awesome by the way.

I like the graphics and the scenery, especially the grass that gets pushed down when you sneak through it - quite cool. I also appreciate that you can see your legs and the rest of your body from the first person view when looking down.

What I don't like about the game is simply the storyline. It sucks. And it is lame. So are the characters.

I'll pick it up, definitely not for the retail price though.

Tori-Emaki is cool but Mesmerize is utter rubbish. Mesmerize would have been a good FREE media player visualizer but thats about it.

The MotorStorm tracks do totally rock tho! It's just a shame that not more people have bought them so there's not many people playing them online yet....

I just bought a PSP (I won my office football pool so it was basically free) and the first game I bought was Beats from PSN. Probably the best 5 dollar game out there, and the DL was pretty fast and painless.

If they keep those PSP games coming on PSN then I might be in seroius debt!
