Pokemon: Master Trainer was actually quite fun. Especially since I was in fifth grade when it came out. I'm sure it'd suck if I played it now, but back then it was rad.

The Civilization board game is AWESOME. Unfortunately, when you're still learning the game, it takes forever to play. As my brother likes to say: "Ziggurats! The way...of the future!"

After I (and most of my friends) stopped playing WoW, we found solice in the TCG. We each have multiple decks over multiple card series as well as the Ony raid and MC raid decks. We don't play much anymore, but for a while it was a weekly event. I recently started playing the board game with them, but haven't really gotten into it yet.

It's waaaay more complicated than the card game and you need a lot of time and space to play it in. That 180 minutes per game is more accurate of a game with two skilled players, not 6 struggling their way through their first game.

I remember having the board games for Pac Man, Donkey Kong, and Centipede. Pac Man took forever to set up with all those marbles....

As interesting as some of the current video board games look, the only board game I really play now is Zombies! .

Age of Empires III is a great game. I haven't played StarCraft yet but is great from what I have heard. I have been told that WoW is also good but I'm not interested in it.

I board gamed quite a bit when I was a teen in the mid '90's and recently got back into the hobby with the modern "Euro" games instead of playing my dad's AH games like I did in my teen years.

I wonder how the new starcraft board game will turn out, not that I think that starcraft needs something to get more people to buy into it. The fancy video Blizzard put up for the game makes it look like the hottest thing since the sun started to glow. However from the looks of the game pieces and cards I have to wonder what it looks like really and what the game play is like.

I played the Starcraft board game at Gen-Con when Blizzard introduced it, and it wasn't very fun. More pieces does not equal more fun. And yeah, it plays exactly like the computer game, so it's kinda pointless.

Used to have Pac Man and Donkey Kong as well. Loved them. WoW TCG is great fun. EVE TCG is VERY good and amazingly deep. DOOM the board game is on my MUST BUY list as I've heard its excellent. Of course, one of the best is UFS (Ultimate Fighting System) that has characters from Capcom and SNK fighting games in addition to Soul Calibur. AMAZINGLY deep and complex game.

My mother was big on board games, so she got me a lot of these. I don't think I ever actually played any of them. The peices were always fun, however.

I actually have the Zelda board game my dad found at a garage sale. I think it still has most the pieces as well.

He's missing a couple from his list, like Dragon Quest Dungeon R, and the Pop'n Music card game. But I let him know to add them.

I have the Sim City CCG and the Wing Commander one (which is really based on WCIII but I digress). I have one Terran deck and one Kilrathi deck, and still play it with people from time to time.

The Starcraft board game... I hate to say it... kinda sucks. It's main flaw is that it plays exactly like Starcraft. Meaning that all the same resource, upgrade, and construction activity is still there at all times... but without out a computer to keep track of all that progress it's a real chore. The minis are nice, and the board game is a great idea, but it's just not practical and leads to some very long play times and lots of AP (Analysis Paralysis... where players squabble over rules and technicalities).

Arkadia and The Last Night on Earth are two really great games anyone should want to add to their collection.

I still have the Pac-Man board game. And I remember playing a Tetris board game, but it wasn't anything like the one pictured on the site. I think it was meant for two to four players, each with their own board. A box filled with the different blocks from the game was put in the middle of the players, and everyone started to grab from it, one piece at a time, trying to fill up their board as tightly as possible. The idea was to fill in your board with as many solid lines as you could. I think there was a time limit placed on it, too, but it's been so long since I played it that I'm kind of sketchy on the details.

Also, does anyone else have the Roller Coaster Tycoon board game? It's like Monopoly kind of, and it has foam and cardboard rollercoasters and attractions to go on the board. It's a pain to set up, so I never play it.

We bought the Centipede and Pitfall board games off of eBay a few years ago. We never played Centipede, but Pitfall sucked. Also, the same year for Christmas, my mom almost bought me a Dr. Mario Operation rip-off from eBay. I wish she did. :(

I have the Pac-Man game in my office, but I am not sure that I ever had any of the other ones, but I did play Frogger.

I love board games that become video games, but I guess that I don't really care about things going the other way.

Leaving out the DragonQuest series of games is fairly criminal. There are also a couple of Tokimeki Memorial games, and a few Rockman/Megaman games.

I do have a DragonQuest Dungeon R and a Rockman Settler set. Worst problem with Dungeon R is that there is no translation. Anyone in Atlanta know Kanji?
