this is either an awesome easter egg or this is a sign of things to come.... OR the position, weapon, and other customized aspects was misinterpreted by the game as a call for the flag...
if the misinterpreted code is true, then this should be somewhat reproducable...

One time I played in a third person view (GTA shoulder cam sort of thing). I could move around and use my knife but I couldn't shoot. I ended up standing around the corner and stabbing people who were passing by, I could see them coming long way before they got to a corner.

Hey i've had those out of body experiences playing this game on ps3 online. It happened when i was lagging a crapload. Essentially my friend said he could see me and my character on his screen but on my screen there wasn't a character at all. i was like in spectator mode but in first person mode but people could see me on their screens and kill me. During kill cams i couldn't see myself either weird as crap and a i had a red ping the entire time.

It is definately the 360 version on the pc there are numbers under the inventory. BUt the 360 version shows arrows to tell which direction on the D-pad you need to push get get at your inventory

H&D had some of the best glitches ever,but one of my faves was on NBA2k on the dreamcast when sometimes if your team won they would just float up into the sky! Maybe they had reached B-Ball nirvana and just ascended into heaven.
