its a shame there is no way to tell these companies to stop putting crap out as LE, we dont need to see videos, cause for case example the halo 3 vids on the editions other than standard were youtubed on day one, we dont need a cheaply made gimmick ie that rainbow six keychain, just for freaking once give us a good freaking limited edition to use.

by the way the GTA 4 le is nice but i dont see the point of the duffel bag, at least they have time til april to change out that to something else more worth it.

I actually like those pro tips things when they're done well. The Street Fighter II tutorials on the Capcom Classics collection were amazing.

Gather around my friends... I have the secret knowledge of the pros!

1) Strafe and make yourself harder to hit.
2) Shoot the enemy in the head.
3) Flashbangs and grenades are good when you throw them at the enemy. Do not treat them like fruit or attempt to eat them.
4) Act like a snobby bitch because males wouldn't let you in their clan and instead form a female only sell out clan to become a complete hypocrite.

There I just saved people $10. There is no way to become a pro instantly.

I really like the Vegas series and I'm
delighted there's going to be a sequel
but the Limited Edition, indeed, is lame.

What infuriates me is how little thought
they put into what would be a good extra.

Ubisoft, here are some suggestions.

Six things that would have been
worth an extra ten dollars for me:

-DECK OF PLAYING CARDS featuring the frag dolls
in various Las Vegas themed outfits.
-POKER CHIP USB MEMORY STICK
-DEV COMMENTARY TRACK on the disc
-Behind-the-scenes DEV DVD
-ART BOOK of concepts and character sketches
-A CHANCE TO VOICE ONE OF THE TERRORISTS in an upcoming R6 game. (You know, those long chats that terrorists have that you overhear in the game. Buying the LE would put you in a lottery where you might get the chance to have your voice or face appear in a future game)

You know, Ubi's Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six games have taken such a mighty fall over the last 4 years, it's really sad.

First Ghost Recon 2 takes the campaign up a notch in presentation but down several notches in gameplay. At least multi was still fun in that one.

Then we got R6: Lockdown which was just an awful game.

Then GRAW came out completely stripping away everything GR from the series and giving us some laughable plotline, pretty graphics (not that that's a problem), and cramped multiplayer that totally killed the old games' players hunting players vibe.

R6 Vegas was pretty fun, actually, but do I really need the same game again? Will they have cleaned up the AI a bit more and eliminated the host-advantage issues (when is a headshot not a headshot) and glitches like losing your weapons?

We actually sold that game because my buddies would lose their guns online ALL THE TIME. They wouldn't accidently swap their perferred weapon, their gun would just vanish from their hands without a replacement.

I hope they aren't screwing up the new Splinter Cell, at least. I'd rather have old school Fisher than this new 24/Assassin's Creed mash-up that it looks like they're pushing onto the consumer.

It's sad. I miss buying Clancy games. They were so good for a while....

I'm usually the first one to jump on a LE or CE (or Legendary), but it really has to be worth the extra cash. The thing that might do it for me is the Frag Dolls tips, not just because of the hotness, but their uber-skillz.

I've been disappointed in the past with CE versions of Assassins Creed and others.

The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, especially in a free market.

That said I wouldn't mind some more complex gameplay. Just because its on a console doesnt mean you have to make it retarded you PC developers. Look at command and conquer and COD2/4 - same games on both formats and kick arse on both.

The only LE I bought was DOOM 3 on xbox, and was because original doom (with 4 player co op) came with it. If these guys dont put extra game content into the LE packaged, I doubt anybody will bite.

Rainbow Six died after Raven Shield was released. UbiSoft sold their souls to the devil and released these 'wannabe' Rainbow Six games that are super watered downed and tailored for consoles.
