Bully works fine for me. However, as a side point, from day 1 my Elite needs to be warmed up before I can actually use it. I have to turn it on, wait about a minute, turn it off, restart it, and then it works like a charm. While I think this is bullsh*t, I never got the rrod (crosses fingers).

@Lemming To The Sea: Tell that to my 360 that freezes every 2-3 hours randomly (usually when I try to talk to someone) I literally have to save every 20 min or so just to make sure I don't lose hours of game play.

i got my game on the day of the release and only played it 1-3% of it till it froze on me. i was waiting for the patch to come out and start playing again, but now i'm still unsure since there's reports of more problems.

i was hoping i could have fun with this game till GTA IV came out, but i guess i'll start playing with ff7: crisis core due out tuesday.

it's still freezing for me...i can maybe (if i'm lucky) get a class in before it locks on a loading screen. Every time.
It's irritating enough that I'm about to be done with the damn thing.

I agree with Lebensbaum, all this patch did was introduce MORE problems, I rarely noticed any audio skipping before and now it happens all the time.

Sadly, this patch seems to have tampered with a game that was working perfectly fine for me originally. Well, not perfectly - I only had it freeze once roughly 40% into the game. But now I'm noticing all the problems everyone was reporting previously. Expect another patch soon?

I just finished Lost Odyssey two days ago and had this waiting in the wings... So glad the patch is out now. Can't wait to re-play this game when I get home from work, and relive the old low-def PS2 days in crisp new high-def. Hooray for 3-day weekends!

I'm going to say what I said on Joystiq:

I explained the situation to the manager at my local EB Games and after explaining whats wrong and how the patch wasn't coming out on time (I returned it the day before the last news article saying its coming) he gave me full credit for the game which I put towards GTA4. No loss to me really and I couldn't be happier unless I got a full refund.

I actually wanted to give the Regional a call because he was nice enough not to bust my balls over it but I don't know where to find that info. Should I though?

The patch seemed to have made my game even worse. Before the game would freeze on occasion and sometimes suffer with a poor framerate.

Now my save game won't even load. I managed to get it working by starting a new game first, but now whenever I try to leave the dorm it freezes on loading.

I am 36% done and I only had one problem about 1 hour into game and 3% done. I can't recall many games where I haven't had at least one problem. I would say that this BULLY error was blown up but it got a patch, oh well.

I started playing this again on PS2 a week ago...

It's a strange game really... it's not too intense, almost casual, and it leaves some of the atmosphere to your imagination. It's hard to explain... but you have to meet the game halfway like you would a stage play.

Anyone get what I mean?

I got a disc read error telling me to insert the bully disc for a couple seconds during the a spraypaint mission but it picked back up and resumed itself before I had time to even get up and eject the disc
