C-C-C-Combo Game Breaker!

Hey! You got your Pong in my Breakout! You got your arm rasslin' in my Tetris! I swear, the only way to make boring classic video games playable and entertaining in modern times is to rig them to insane controls or pair them with another classic. Here are two.
Earlier this week I found Pongout — which actually has some replay value as you can't accept losing to such a ridiculous concept. And then TechEBlog discovered "Tresling," (left) a version of Tetris played by slamming an arm-wrestling opponent's arm into a controller. I like the video, complete with "Eye of the Tiger," but that was the theme to Stallone's "Rocky III" not his arm-wrestling vehicle "Over the Top" of 1987.
Here's the combo game I want to see: NCAA Hitman 08. As Agent 47, you begin as a top defensive back prospect in high school. Before the big rivalry game, you garrote the other team's star receiver, steal his uniform, line up at his position and nab 6 interceptions for TDs, winning the Heisman in the process.

I got a combo. How bout playing any video game and cooking. One day I burned 3 boxes of kraft dinner cuz i kept forgetting about them while playing games. I finaly made my self sit and stay in the kitchen for the whole 8 mins it takes to cook it for 4th one. It was torcher. For experts. Try Online games like WoW or CoD4. lol

This was probably one of the most disapointing articles I have ever seen. With a name like C-C-C-Combo Breaker! I would be expecting information about KILLER INSTINCT 3! Darn thanks for ruining my saturday!

At what point does Tresling just become holding hands while playing a game? I mean, an interesting concept, but I could see it getting a little awkward if the match goes for more than a couple minutes.
Oh, and NCAA Hitman 08? That's a sports game I'd play the hell out of, if it was done well. I've always wanted to see a sports manager / owner sim where you get to be as corrupt as you want. Bet against your own team, juice them up like mad, hire hitmen, whatever. Retire in the clear you win, get arrested / killed you lose (but likely have fun doing it).

every time I see this weekly question, it makes me wish I had a normal job. word of advice: never get a job doing telephone internet technical support. you'll end up working bullshit hours with bullshit days off (not to mention the pay is lousy)
anyways, on my days off I was playing quite a bit of TF2... I've found myself playing that a lot more than CoD4 lately. and since I'm not allowed to buy any more games til GTA4 is out (as I said, the pay is lousy) that's all I really played this weekend, and probably next weekend too.

Tresling sounds like the closest video game equivalent to Chessboxing I've heard of.
Except maybe for Super Chess-Punch-Out-Master 9000.
