Halo 2 Available on HBO

Halo.Bungie.org (HBO) has just finished uploading all Halo 2 cutscenes to their servers in gloriously trendy high definition. Halo fans and machinima enthusiasts take note: all of the assets are available for standalone download (none of this embedded crap) and ready to be edited as you see fit.
We'll be putting Master Chief's exploits to Crecente's latest hip hop single (as soon as he cuts it, hides it in his brush collection and some very committed Kotaku reader leaks it to Bittorrent).

This is halo.bungie.org doing this, NOT Bungie Studios.
I know Halo sees precious little Kotaku love, but there's a huge distinction there. HBO is fan owned and fan run. They're not tied to Bungie at all.
That's someone's personal time, effort, and resources dedicated to hosting content for the masses, free of charge.

Just to let you guys know (the ones who seem to be calling bungie.org "Bungie") ... "bungie.org" is not Bungie Studios. It's simply a fansite.

@bobtheduck: I'm with ya on that, except what little I played of H3 (namely Forge mode), I loved.

ilovebees got me interested in Halo... Halo 3 got me, um, uninterested in Halo... I'd be all over this if they'd thrown the novel fans or ilovebees fans a bone, but they didn't... And the Halo story is boring without that stuff, to be frank. It's not the best written in the world, Master chief is an uninspired character, and the only thing holding any semblance of drama together is the incredible music.
I'll go listen to the ILB finale now and cry over Yasmine and what could have been with Halo 3...
