Like Pezdispenser said, Hard Gay (HG) is a Japanese comedian whose act is pretty much every homosexual stereotype you could think of. And, he's not even gay (he's just a big, fat phony!). Apparently, a lot of actual homosexuals hate him because he portrays a negative image to the public about gay people.

Even so, he's still somewhat popular. He even had an event in PangYa. His signature cap and glasses are items for all characters (they're known as the Skullrider Cap and the Beretta Shades in the US server), and they've recorded him saying "PangYa!" for in-game during the event.

It's definitely facepalm-inducing, but I definitely have to give McWhertor props for at least acknowledging the solid cosplay. I have to give props for memorizing the speech, too, however bad the accent was.
I also agree with many of the comments. There is no way I wouldn't flirt with this girl, at least a little bit. She looks like she'd be attractive behind the costume, she's obviously very artistic, and she not only plays video games, but she plays Portal and liked it enough to put the effort into a costume like that. I could get along with someone like that quite nicely.
