The first game had issues and didn't quite do it for me. But, I'm hoping I can add this to the list of titles I want for my 360 this year.

So far, it's looking like a pretty uneventful year for my noisy, but loyal 360.

@Krondonian: Even though I liked Fable, those were the elements that I found were lacking.

If they fix them, they'd have one of the best RPG's in the market.

Well, it looks good, but I don't like Peter Molyneux, and I'm still playing Oblivion, so there's pretty much no way I'm getting this.

From what I've heard so far, Lionhead are going all out to improve everything I found annoying, restrictive or broken in the last game.

A free world, rather than sticking to bloody paths everywhere? Check.

An in game economy not utterly broken? Hopefully.

A combat system that remains easy and funny, but with hidden depth? Perhaps a check there.

A good/evil moral choices idea that doesn't really mean a slider for good and bad, where massacring innocents is the only way to be evil, and the choices you make have absolutely no difference to the game? Hopefully.

A weapon hierarchy system completely useless, as there is always one weapon that is the best, which means one of two melee weapons after about 10 hours? Hopefully.

Combine those improvements with the awesome dialouge, art, graphics and atmosphere of the first, with true Britishness and flair?

Count me in.

I wonder if your in-game offspring can continue your quest after you have died. So maybe the game encourages in-game families. If that's the case hopefully it rewards gamers who don't have families buy giving them stronger weapons/armor to keep them alive longer...

Fable was one of my favourite games of all time and I cant wait to play Fable2. This game is VERY high on my must buy list.

I wish PS3 people could enjoy this game on their platform also. The first one was awesome!

PS3 people buy a 360. I did. I have all 3 consoles so I can play all the new games no matter what console the game is exclusive to.

This is the only game that X360 has that makes my ps3 tendencies cringe. I hope it comes out for PC. I love Lionhead Studios. I hope they could get this done so I can play it and then could make black and white 3!

While I haven't listened to the Molyneux hype this time around either and don't know what to expect to never see in the game, what I have seen and do know will be in there is enough to have me drooling. I love the original Fable, now just improve that slightly, add coop... and I'm sold. As is my fiancée. Hopefully I'll be able to keep my job once this is out.

No FF, no Star Ocean, no DQ, no Suikoden, no Xenogears, No Wild Arms no white Knight (or whatever that was), no nothing. And I know that Valkirie Of the Battlefield game looks cool, but it's not going to get me my fix.

The graveyard shot looks, beautiful. Yet the other shot has some sort of red watermark thing in the middle, awful compression, and no anti-aliasing. Fail Lionhead. Utter fail Kotaku.
