Britain Gets Itself An Early Street Fighter IV Hands-On
Posted by Luke Plunkett at 8:30 PM on June 11, 2008
Unless you're a die-hard fighting game nut (and British), you probably weren't planning on popping round to the Battle of Destiny fighting game tournament next month. Shame. Because by not attending you're not only missing out on a chance to play Street Fighter II HD early, but you're missing out on a chance to play the arcade version of Street Fighter IV early as well. Oh, so you've changed your mind? Fancy that. It's on July 26 & 27, at the London Metropolitan Uni.

I'm British and live just round the corner from where they're holding the tournament - AND I'M A DIE HARD SF FAN.
Have I just died and gone to heaven!?!? I've been waiting for a tournament to enter for so long, the last one we had here was for KOF 96, yes, it's been THAT LONG!!!

Well to be fair it's only a reasonable distance for someone in England and Wales.
It's quite a distance to travel from Scotland or Northern Ireland to get to play SFIV.
