Arcade hardware in Japan are pretty much just a PC. Which would mean it would be ridoucoulsy easy to port to the 360.

Even though the install base for the 360 is small in Japan they generally buy a lot of games.

Plus it's not like the PS3 is doing good in Japan either.

Would it sell better on the PS3? Probably, but enough to make up for the increase development cost of porting it the PS3? Maybe not.

the thing that sucks about games like this not coming to ps3 is that if they did they would be easy to import. then they wouldn't even necessarily need to spend money on localization because the people over here that would want it would simply import it.

I've stated many times in the past that it would be excellent for as many people to play games as possibly can but it's getting old to cry MS MONEY HAT when the PS3 doesn't get a game. People seriously need to realize that MS isn't the only one doing this and by virtue of these games coming to the 360, the west will probably see this meaning that if it's released down the line, the PS3 may see the game released globally since the localization work has already been done. I could say and don't care but I hate being dismissive of these topics.

@Alex_Mexico: shooters have an extremely low sales requirement for profit, mostly because they're so damn easy to produce. Furthremore, most shooter games don't sell that well in the first place -- unfortunately it's a stagnant market that's supported mostly by die-hard fans.
