From what i understand, that "new" "exclusive" thing probably really means a NEW game in the sense of a new franchise, new title, probably not related to any title done in the past.
However, if it will be something completely new, how can i eclips games like Killzone 2 and inFamous, who have been presented over and over again, and people have been hyped about for a looong time? People can't be blown away by a completely new IP they know nothing about and is presented for the 1st time ever, unrelated to anything.

Thus, i would probably have to put my fingers on a new game made by a famous company....or a remake of a super-mega-famous game that blew people away...

Therefore the only candidates i can think of are the "mystery exclusive game" by famous publisher ROCKSTAR, or a remake of a famous game, most probably FINAL FANTASY 7

I can now reveal exclusive inside info about Final Fantasy… VII!

According to our insider, Final Fantasy VII may be getting a spin-off version of the classic game from the massive franchise and it will be exclusive to the PLAYSTATION 3. It is unclear whether a new version will be a Blu-ray release, or on the PSN. Something else which will be coming to the PS3 is the original FF7 which will be on the PlayStation Network by the end of the year.

Both of this info will be officially announced at either Square Enix's August conference in Japan, or the Tokyo Game Show.

The thing I take from this "annoucement" is that it is implied, that this is from an established 3rd party company that has a great reputation for making GREAT games. That's why I said ZOE3. I don't think, this would've been a big deal for a first party company, unless it's Team ICO or Santa Monice that is hard at work with God Of War III.
