Those are both surprisingly badly drawn. I mean, like highschool-level art, here. The left one literally looks like he's holding a piece of shit with an image being projected onto it. And the right one is just...wrong. Really, really wrong.

I'm not exaggerating when I say I'm in complete awe of how bad both of these covers look. They couldn't have spent much on an artist for these. And if they made such lackluster, completely amateurish covers, then what does that mean for the production quality of the game itself?

I personally could care less about box art.
My games sit in a row with the spine facing outwards so I don't even see the box art. I would be fine with a solid green case with the name of the game written in Sharpe on the front. lol

Apparently having Spider-Man hand me a diseased New York City is much cooler than just showing me a diseased New York City. It would have made way more sense if they had just replaced Spider-Man with Captain Planet on the cover.

The one on the right is fabulous. The symmetry is outstanding. His pose reminds me of that famous spider Man dancing gif. Spider-man's fists show he's tough. Love it.

Poor Spiderman. Ever since he got himself an emo haircut and took swing-dance lessons, he just hasn't been the same as a licensed character. Of these two, I'd pick the one on the right - because, if nothing else, it stands as a warning to the consumer: "If the boxart is this bad, imagine the wonders that await you inside.
