I wonder if they have something like Possible movesets set up for all potential characters, ready to see who works or not... the idea of them making and balancing someone like Cammy or any of the new challengers, aganist the already mentioned ones, producing 2d Anime animation for all of them, and tossing it together in a solid, bugless home port... The release guesses of 2008 - Early 2009 sound somewhat less likely.

I'd love it if it somehow makes it by years end, though, the sooner to play SFIV, the better ^_^

I wouldn't mind Alpha 3 all over again, seriously how is it even possible to have too many characters!?! As long as you take the time to make sure none are broken, more characters to chose from always extends the life of a fighting game dangit!

i really hope they include sakura at least in the home port, but i'll get over it if they don't. i agree that more characters is always better, as long as it's not MK: Armageddon-esque overkill.

the need for Cammy in Sf4 is understandable. her moveset is unique, and compelling. but Sakura? i never understood why people love sakura so much. i always considered her a anime fanboy wet dream, honestly. her moveset doesnt jump at me. shes alittle bit of ryu and ken.... big whoop. Cammy is in a league of her own. sure she has bits and pieces of other characters, but in my honest opinion she is more versatile than Sakura.

so please Capcom,
i will take Cammy over Sakura any day of the week.
