I think that PS3 versions always have this problem, too little, too late, and full price. Like someone mentioned, steam had a weekend sale for 15$.

How much is it going to sell for? If it comes out at 50$ or 60$, there's no way anyone will pay that much when it's available for 15$ on the PC... witch better controls...

@Mr.SithNinja: Yes there are trophies. The ones we know of are the same as the 360 achievements, so I'm assuming that 90-100% of them will be the same.

I *watched* the game played. I occasionally have friends who come over and play games, and in this case, he played Bioshock, and I took a backseat and watched. Sure, we flipped controllers back and forth a few times - I've got a better feel for controls, so if something got sticky it ended up being me, and whenever it came to the RPG side we had a good debate, and he was an order of magnitude faster at the mini-game puzzles.

I really enjoyed watching/playing the game, I've got to be honest. There are some games for which it's incredibly tedious, but this was pretty good.

And so I'll be buying it to play through it myself, first person. And hoping that the mini-game puzzles don't kill me, because being able to hand those off to him was a real improvement; I didn't really find that fun.

I guess the game might be cooler on console, I'm usually a pc only player when it comes to fps's but the aim in this one wasn't thigh at all and System Shock 2 never came out on console.

You know, I think what went wrong in Bioshock for me, is replay value. They give you so many point, I harvested only one little sister in full game (I got the bad ending just for wanting to see what it did) and I had so many points...I didn't miss anything in upgrades, so in a way, I have seen it all. Well except the good ending...bah I don't care they can all die in a nuclear winter while Xenu comes and ships deadly aliens here.

In a game with upgrading, if you can upgrade everything possible on your first time trough, it doesn't really want to make it try again. But if you have limited upgrades like system shock 2, diablo 2, many other games...playing trough it again can still be intriguing.

Always thought it was a really crappy idea to add glowing eyes to the little sisters. The dilemma would have been far harder if they hadn't been so dehumanized. They were no more little girls to me than the little girls in Prey. Child monsters are never really children.
