Those, and the 20 races, and 100%, are the only offline achievements I have left I think.

I don't think I'll get the 100% one... just because I have no real idea what I've done and what I haven't.

I've been playing Shadowrun since the beta came out over a year ago. I've stopped for a few weeks at a time for games like GTA IV and Halo3, but I always end up back at Shadowrun. Anyone who considers themselves a fan of competitive FPS's owes it to themselves to spend at least 3 weeks getting to know this game. It's got a bit of a learning curve, so it takes at least that long for the average player to become competitive. It was designed from the ground up with competitive gameplay in mind and is one of the most balanced shooters I have ever played.

I WAS playing the PixelJunk Eden demo, until I reached the third garden & it said I had to buy the game to play it. And then it wouldn't let me play any of the other levels! I decided that the full game would be too tedious for me, especially since I kept missing jumps & had to get all the way back to the top. I hate that you have to start the level from the bottom every time. So, I deleted the demo & bought Super Stardust HD. It's hard too, but a different kind of hard. I also bought PJM, and that is WAY harder than I thought it would be! I get so close to the end of a level, and there's too many monsters that are too fast or too strong, & I usually have too few towers. I end up buying too many towers & when I get enough gems to buy new towers, I don't have enough coins to use those towers.

Also, I'm in Act 4 of MGS4. I loved the beginning of it: (!SPOILER ALERT! DON'T READ ON!) a perfect recreation of MGS1, which turns out to be one of Snake's dreams before he returns to Shadow Moses Island. I really appreciated it since I never played MGS1, & I also appreciated how well they did the new version of SMI. Right now, I'm trying to get past those small creatures, Dwarf Geckos. My grandmother & my relatives are coming over for the weekend, so I probably won't have that much time to play anything on the PS3.

As for the Wii, it's been feeling neglected. I played Guitar Hero 3 at my neighbors' house in front of a bunch of kids. I LOVE being a role model! Also, my neighbor told me that she got Wii Fit for my mom for her birthday on Sunday. At Blockbuster, of all places! She wants to surprise Mom while I'm most likely working sometime Sunday, I don't know when. She'll probably hog the Wii & the TV to play Wii Fit, similar to how she hogged my DS to play Brain Age.

Just finished up Final Fantasy IV DS, so I think I'm going to play Touch Detective 2 1/2 next time I'm on the subway and on my lunch break at work. As for home, I finally picked up Resistance now that it's cheap used, and want to finish the game from last time I had it (borrowed as a Gamestop employee). Maybe I'll sneak in some PixelJunk Eden as well, it's very charming.

Now that I have my HDtv with 16:9, I think it's also time to resume my Mario Karting, since I can finally see what's going on in split-screen.

Probably Syberia on original XBOX. It's one of several non backward compatible titles I never finished that I always meant to. I have about half a dozen non-BC games left to finish so I can put the old black beast in the closet and free up some room in my entertainment center. Unless MS wants to do another BC update? Please? :)

I'll also probably play a little Metroid Prime 3 Corruption, see if I can get a little closer to 100%ing that one.

360 - STILL trying to decide if I wanna make the commitment to Lost Odyssey - the opening is SO SLOW! Might spin up AITD instead and see if its as bad as everybody sez. I am always really fascinated by games set in real-world NYC since that's where I live :)
Wii - maybe some more Okami, but the first couple hours weren't doing much for me - otherwise the Wii goes back to its closet, where its sat untouched for months.
PC - Might get back into The Witcher (Act IV), or decide if I wanna bother with any more of NWN2 - I just finished the prologue and its awful so far. I also have a little itch for some Oblivion, dunno if I'ma scratch it tho.

More DMC4 PC, maybe 2nd Mass Effect play through (especially, now that Bring Down the Sky is available for PC, and any other game in my library because I got a new monitor! Things look much more grand @22" 1680x1050 than my old 19". Can't wait to play HL2 again, and some COD4, Crysis, and any thing else. It's almost like seeing these games for the first time! Did I mention I'm excited?
Oh, by the way, do I need to calibrate my monitor, or has the Kotaku background color always been that "jaundiced" yellow shade?

Here I was thinking I was the only one not liking the fact they put Yoda in Soul Caliber. It's all good though, I've always loved my Dead Or Alive games. Anyway, I'll be playing some Crysis and Devil May Cry 4 on my PC and then some Gurumin on the PSP when I'm on the move. I know it looks childish, but this game is amazing! Highly recommended :)

TEAM FORTRESS 2! I just reached the 50,000 point "milestone" yesterday. I'm almost done with CRISIS CORE, which I think was pretty lackluster for a triple-A game. I will play more SONG SUMMONER if I go out this weekend. I plan on starting WARIO LAND 4 soon.

Metal Gear. I don't know what it is about this game but I just can't get enough. I might also go for a little COD4 or if my buddies come over we'll probably get loaded and play guitar hero. Yeah being drunk really levels out the playing field with this game. Can't wait for the logitech guitars.
