Hoh, the graphics are certainly a flashback from half a decade ago, not that it matters, just looks bit funny today. And not to dis their games, but I'm getting the feeling that Rockstar has more talent at editing trailers than making games, that was one sexy clip.

It's by a group called digitalism. Check out Idealism (it has this track), solid album.

And I'm more keen to trying this game after the trailer, as I've never been a big Midnight Club fan, but this looks great.

The Digitalism song for the promo gets me giddy in anticipation for the full soundtrack of the game. MC3 had an awesome song selection and I hope the same is true for this one.

Yeah, this was the first trailer they showed when the game was announced in 2007. It's in no way a new trailer >> Pre-ordered the game as soon as that trailer was released. So damn excited for the game.

And for those wondering: "Idealistic" by Digitalism. If you can find the "Idealism" album somewhere, pick it up. It's fantastic.

This is the ONLY car racing game series I've ever been able to enjoy. Why? Split screen free racing mode. Tons and tons of fun @ 3AM, trying to find all the hidden jumps and secret spots.

That is where they have new videos up. Something like, 4 videos. So. Damn. Psyched for the game.

As far as the soundtracks is concerned, the other songs in the trailers can only indicate what's been a staple of the MC series: terrific soundtracks. Midnight Club II and 3 both had totally fantastic soundtracks, I can only hope LA will be the same. Electronica FTW ;D!

@ara: For the most part, I agree: Rockstar definitely knows how to make a sexy "gotta run out and preorder this game now" trailer. This one, though, didn't really do anything for me.

I liked the last two MCs, but I never got around to finishing them before I got bored, so this will be just a rental for me.

And I hope this is one of those racers that plays better with the behind the car camera than the bumper cam. Why spend all that time customizing your car when you never see it in action?
