I actually didn't like the soundtrack too much though, it was too quiet most of the time (then again maybe HGW didn't feel like writing 40 minute orchestral epics to match the cutscenes). It picked up when it needed to but the worst part is that they removed the MGS theme after that whole plagerism thing.

While the overall quality was impressive, what they were lacking were simple character improvements that we (O-Entertainment) used in Thumb Wars.

Namely eyes and mouths so that the characters can emote and actually speak. At the end when Snake has his one and only line (Other than grunting and puking) it would have added immensely to have seen expressions on his eyes and an actual lip-sync for the dialog.
