Behold...The Omegathon!

PAX is largely fantastic, but for us, one event stands out above all others. The Omegathon. It's like that bit in Neverending Story when Atreyu has to run through those statues that shoot laser beams, but instead of jumping through one pair, imagine jumping through six pairs. And they may not all shoot laser beams. Some might shoot ninja stars, or boomerangs encrusted with rusty barbs. And if he makes it to the other side, he gets an all-expenses paid trip to TGS. Yeah, that's exactly what it's like. This years event - which as usual sees combatants facing off across a series of six games/events - will kick off with Peggle, before moving onto Boom Blox, then Pictionary, then Rock Band, then Jenga, then the brutal, unforgiving, final mystery event, which we hope is some kind of old-timey yo-yo contest. Yeah go Steve Edwardo...I have no clue who he is but since everyone else seem to be rooting for someone I decided to jump on the bandwagon, so go Steve Edwardo! I'm like your biggest fan and everything, you're sooo totally awesome...GOOOO TEAM! I mean GOOOO STEVE EDWARDO!
Did anyone else notice that you can make some awesome names by combining these guys names, like Drake Knight...I mean come on that is awesome. It's like a perfect name for an action hero..."This summer Arnold Schwarzenegger is... DRAKE KNIGHT... Get of me NAO!!! I am the govinator frum KAHLIFURNA!"

Ryan Knight has this one in the bag he has been training all his life for this one moment and he will not be denied it. Ryan grew up in a small town he was the only son to a single mother. She worked phone support for Dell 24/7, in fact Ryans first words where "Sorry thats not covered by your warrenty." It was in that basement apartment where he crafted Jenga blocks out of larger jenga blocks. Things where going well until his mother lost her job when Dell outsourced all its tech support, shortly after she was diagnosed with a case of Left handedness. Now he plays to win enough money so he can get her the operation that can cure her of her Left Handedness.

@Real_fn_Show: I actually work with Chrissa and just heard about this, pretty exciting stuff... Time to start the intense training rituals of hitting up Rock Band nights at bars all across the city.
