DN3D... memories, the best one being the day i figured out the password my Dad put on so i didnt get to see the strippers and adult content. Also the level where you blew up the building, satisfying. the bosses were great though, this may just renew my faith in XBLA

I used to love this game back in the day. I remember my buddy actually recreating a level that was made like my parent's old condo, complete with a secret room. lol

I used to try and rig the entire first level movie theatre area with the trip mines starting all the way at the top (using the jetpack) and seeing if I could actually fill it with traps.

Don't get me wrong, plain old DN3D is still DN3D, but it does look exactly like a game that came out when I was still in high school. (Quake came out the same year as DN3D, but I'd argue it did age a bit better with the 3d models and the full 3d environment.)

Even though Quake was true 3D and Duke 3D was really what was reffered to as 2.5D, Duke was so much better of game that the graphics advantage Quake had didn't matter. Duke was simply the better game.

Ahhh, Good 'ol GL Quake. I originally had the Creative 3D Blaster with the Rendition chipset to use with that game. Unfortunately, 3Dfx pretty much killed Rendition off.
