Doesn't really seem to be a point to this.
I mean, you can go to Gamestop and pick up both for $10 total right now.
And you won't get the eye with the PsN version. And it's still only going to be playable on the PsP.
While Kojima and Konami can do it, it seems like a wasted effort.

And to the fans of the series who will use this, yes, I'm aware of you, I just don't think it's worth the effort.

Acid 2 is pretty fun, but yeah, Acid is way away from the normal story.

Releasing Portable Ops Plus on PSN would probably be a better idea, though.

the game the same, just reboot the sprites up a bit, ala FF1 & 2.

This is good news if for no other reason than it increases the likelihood of an Ac!d 3 as the series gains more fans. I enjoyed 2 more than any other game in the MGS series - yes, MGS4 included.

before MGA, i had never played a turn based card game i liked. the allure of anything metal gear made me buy it. soon as popped it in the psp, 15 minutes in i was lovin it. my copy ridge racer stood in shrink wrap for a hot minute (great game btw).

i hope ac!d 3 comes to fruition.

I want all the PSP games on PSN playable as PS3 games. :( My PSP Firmware won't let me play all the new games :( (which is my fault I know lol). Sounds greedy and a bit self-serving but DAMN I want it that way! haha

Ac!d 2 was better than the first. The original was great as a PSP launch game but now that many cool(and kinda better) games have come out since then I would not look forward to this being re-released on the PSN.

I'd be all about a remake of One over AC!D. I love acid though , it's a interesting way to play MGS.

Now...portable ops ob the psn. I'd buy it the instant it updated on the network.
