@grecords: I think Alan Moore would shit in his pants if any Watchmen characters made it into a fighting game... just saying.

Who owns the rights to the watchmen? It would be neat to see rarsarch (sp?) in this game.
I'll still probably just gamefly it though.

Aquaman's a pretty tough cookie even out of water. I mean, he's no superman in strength but he could still beat you over the head with a small car.

@Chadders: Bad maths, 4 spots left, so I'd put Deathstroke in too, if I was in creative control!

Martian Manhunter, Wonder Woman and Green Arrow seems likely. Hawkman and Aquaman, not so much.

@BryanH: Jesus H. Christ, Lobo? Someone desinged to be a Wolverine rip-off? Why not just put Spawn in and make it a complete adolescent early '90s arsefest? I suppose that would be appropriate for past MK games.
I guess there are 3 spots left if there are going to be 11 per side, so I would go with Wonder Woman, Black Canary and J'onn J'onzz. If they want another villain, I would choose Deathstroke instead of J'onn.

Wonder Woman is a given. Whoever said Lobo is spot on, the Main Man needs to be in here. Aside from those, Green Arrow is another possibility.

WHEN THE FUCK ARE THEY GOING TO MAKE A SEQUEL TO PSI-OPS!? Seriously, that game was so fun, but had the worst cliffhanger ending ever, it even said "To be continued." It's been 4 years, and still nothing. Think what they could do with the Force Unleashed "digital molecular matter" tech! Why no love, Midway, WHY!? *sob*

@Guild_Navigator: From Wikipedia:
"Although introduced as a hardened, rarely-used noir villain in the 1980s, he languished in limbo until his revival as an anti-hero biker in the early 1990s. The character enjoyed a short run as one of DC's most popular characters throughout the 1990s. This version of Lobo was intended to be an over-the-top parody of Marvel Comics superhero Wolverine...
"'I have no idea why Lobo took off,' Giffen once said in an interview. 'I came up with him as an indictment of the Punisher, Wolverine, hero prototype and somehow he caught on as the high violence poster boy. Go figure.'"

@Chadders: Well, as Giffen said, He's an indictment of the anti hero characters Like Wolverine and the Punisher. Unlike Wolverine, he was never meant to be taken seriously. It's like saying Groo the Wanderer was a rip off of Conan.

@Guild_Navigator: Somehow I doubt his popularity is because of him being a pastiche. Fanboys like him because, as Giffen said, he's the poster boy of mindless high violence.
