They should have done what they did in the Batman Beyond movie, and used the "Bang!" flag as a deadly projectile. Also, I'm not crazy about Joker's frantic flailing... Joker's more sophisticated depiction in the Batman cartoons was a lot more appealing.

Rage mode sounds exactly like the Aggressor mode in Mortal Kombat Trilogy. It didn't work well there and it probably won't work well here, either.

That fatality was awesome but as for the Joker and his "mystery bag" of move its kinda been done already. If memory serves Ryu in DOA4 had a system where he would use ninpo moves the opener the the move was always the same but you choose the move based on the button press after the opening of the move (ppl always used the stupid teleport kick online). The jokers "never been done before revolutionary!" move seems to have already been done.

That fatality made me LOL and do a little dance in my chair. The fact that he used a trick gun, got his laugh-on... then got straight to the point and shot her in the head point-blank with a different pistol. I can see Joker doing that.... and it was more "real" than your typical MK fatality of pulling someone's still-beating heart from their chest cavity. And the fact that blood/brains exploded from the side of her head made it more "real."

As for Joker's move-set.... I like the boxing glove and playing card toss, but the "hidden" attack is kinda out of left field. I see Joker as more of a brawler... brass knucks, crowbars, etc.

@MikeA: Heath did an amazing Joker, but we shouldn't keep referring to it as what every Joker should be.

As Mark Hamil defined the animated Joker voice, Ledger defined a movie-Joker. Plus he was 'realistic' in that his "smile" was self-inflicted and not the result of some vat of chemicals, which I never was too fond of (Unless it's in "The Killing Joke, where he *spoiler* Falls in, gets skin/hair/lips/eyes dyed, and his grin is practically permanent from just...friggin....SNAPPING.)

But I still prefer the Joker's many many depictions in the comics. Upcoming Arkham Asylum's Joker looks amazing too. Much better than Lee's Joker in DC Universe....

I lost respect for the guy when the 'greatest moves in all of fighting' were basically ripped off.

He never heard of Faust (GGXX), Yoshimitsu (SC), Neco-Arc/Neco-Arc Chaos (Melty Blood Act Cadenza. Same for Len, to an extent...)...one animation leads to a bunch of moves depending on the button, or in Melty Blood's case the time remaining.

Also if they're using the entire vanishing infinite space thing, Joker should pull out a bazooka that fires smiley-face missiles for the second shot. Complete with the comical fingers in ears thing.

I just hope there's a bit more blood in the other fatalities/when it comes out. The Joker as a face to face brawler seems wrong. They showed a few of his specials, which where weapon based. Those I think fit him perfectly and I hope all of his combos are like that. Hey, go ahead and throw a few punches here and there, but I want bombs and violent silliness for the rest of it. I mean, it's not like the Joker has never taken a swing at Batman, but thats never been his main mode of attack.
