I cant wait to get my hands on this. Not so much the movie though. Although the SF fan in me might just shell out the money to go see the movie anyways. If a movie is gonna suck, I'd rather it suck with martial arts and hadoukens rather then just plain old sucking.

I doubt the extra sales launching with the film would gain would offset the lost sales missing the holliday window would lose. But then again, SSBB launched in the beginning of the year

Seems logical enough to me, each one would build up momentum for each others hype train. I wouldn't be surprised if theaters start flashing Street Fighter IV in the arcades around the same time the movie is released either. I'll probably check out the movie, but I'm looking much more forward to the game.
